If you notice any damage to any of our signs,or any of the critters please let us know immediately. We reserve the right to charge a $75 fee if a sign is stolen or intentionally damaged in any way. There will be a $35 fee for each missing or damaged critter. Additional fees will be charged to the person who rented the signs. SAY IT ON THE LAWN is released from all liability for any injuries that might occur.

Refund policy : You will receive a refund of rental fees if you cancel your order 48 hours in advance. You will NOT receive a refund if the homeowner declines the display, if we are asked to remove the display early, if we are given the wrong address, if we are given the wrong personalization, if the homeowner’s dog is loose, or for any other reason beyond our control.

The nature of our business is to provide year round all occasion greetings placed in the yard/lawn of the recipient. We are not responsible for inclement weather, including but not limited to high winds, heavy rainfall, ice, snow, and sleet which may affect the appearance of the display such as overturned/leaning theme signs, message boards, and/or "critters". We make every attempt to adequately secure all elements of the display. In addition, during the winter months, when the ground is frozen, we will limit our display selections to those that sit on top of the ground rather than being staked. Winter selections include 3D Penguins, 3D Teddy Bears.
